Amodio brokers sale of 44-unit mixed-use for $2.525 million
New Britain, CT According to the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, Eric Amodio, CCIM, MBA, of Amodio & Co. Real Estate brokered the sale of a 44-unit mixed use/multifamily property located at 38-50 Main St. The 26,742 s/f, four-story property is home to five retail tenants and 39 residential apartments on the upper levels.
The property sold for $2.525 million and closed on March 1, 2021. Amodio represented both buyer and seller.
