Bristol, CT Amodio & Co Real Estate has completed the long-term lease of 6,224 s/f of restaurant space at 224 North Main St., to Canadian headquartered, The Gift Group.  With facilities in Canada, New York & India, The Gift Group operates brick & mortar locations as well as an Internet presence with a multitude of platforms including Brocrates, Hazelton’s, Blooms, The Hope Collective, Gifting Kosher, Good $ You, North Pole Company & Monthly Sommelier. The business designs, assembles and ships a very wide variety of gift baskets to customers across the globe. 

This new location will feature a bakery, coffee shop, purveyor of gift baskets, specialty food and retail sales.

Amodio & Co Real Estate represented the tenant.
