Amper of Capstone Properties leases 11,000 s/f building to City Towing: 50 Thurbers Avenue owned by J. Broomfield and Sons
Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties leased an 11,000 s/f building located at 50 Thurbers Ave. to City Towing.
The owner of the property is J. Broomfield and Sons.
The building which was constructed in 1955 and is built on a 2-acre site, has 7 ground level doors and is located at the I-95 Thurbers Ave. exit.
