Anderson of Prudential Rush Realty brokers $3.502 million sale for sellers

PNK Realty, LLC has purchased 18,904 s/f of medical office space in three condo units at 57 Webster St. The space is occupied by long-term tenants Webster St. Internal Medicine and Manchester Family Health Center, both of which will remain in the building. Manchester Family Health Center and Webster St. Internal Medicine are subsidiaries of Catholic Medical Center which has been the tenant in this space since 2005. The two-story office condominium building contains 33,000 s/f of which 57 Webster St. LLC owned 11,400 s/f and Manchester Family Health Center Realty owned 7,504 s/f. Representing the sellers was Bob Anderson of Prudential Rush Realty Commercial and Investment Dept. Representing the buyer was Robert Rohrer of Grubb & Ellis/Coldstream Real Estate Advisors. The sale price was $3.502 million.
