According to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a lease of 21,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 578 Pepper St., has been completed with GAT. GAT is a leading manufacturer of sports and fitness nutraceuticals and food supplements. Many of GAT's products are used by body building athletes and fitness enthusiasts worldwide. Brett Sherman, CCIM of Angel Commercial represented the tenant in their negotiations and Angel negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.
