Angel Commercial assists PV Asset Management LLC in $1.3 million purchase of 1.13 acres

Stratford, CT According to Angel Commercial, LLC, PV Asset Management LLC has purchased 1.13 acres at 350 Lordship Blvd. for $1.3 million. The seller was Stratford Industrial Corp., and the land was sold unimproved.

“The planned storage facility has been approved by the town planning and zoning commission for this location,” said Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, who was the sole broker in this transaction.

The property consists of cleared and level land located one-half mile off the exit ramp to I-95, Exit 30, in a Designated Opportunity Zone with 273 linear feet of frontage on Lordship Blvd.
