Angel Commercial completes sale of two
properties totaling $4.39m

Fairfield, CT Angel Commercial, LLC completed the sale of a fully leased retail property located at 1610 Post Rd., for $2.44 million. The seller of this prime property was 1610 Post Road LLC, while the identity of the buyer remains undisclosed.

This 4,500 s/f commercial property, on 0.35 acres, was sold as an investment deal. Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC, and the sole broker in this transaction, said, “We are thrilled to have facilitated this sale. The property generated substantial interest, thanks to its exceptional location in the heart of Fairfield Center and its provision of a private parking lot with 27 spaces. The property has a tenant lineup with Lantern Point Taverna, a Greek restaurant, as the anchor tenant. The property also features Bonkers Cupcakes, a bakery offering an array of desserts along with BoHo Prep, a versatile clothing boutique.

Situated in a Center Designed Business District (CDD) Zone, 1610 Post Rd. is surrounded by boutiques, high-end stores, and popular establishments. The property is positioned next to the Metro-North train station, minutes away from I-95 (Exit 21), and steps away from a Greater Bridgeport Transit Bus Stop at Post Rd. and Ruane St.

Angel Commercial, LLC also brokered the sale of an office building located at 883 Black Rock Tpke. The property sold on December 20, 2023, for $1.95 million.

The seller of the property was identified as 883 Black Rock Turnpike, LLC, while the buyer was Westport Place, LLC. The buyer was represented in the transaction by Ted Hoyt of Hodson Realty, Inc.
