Angel Commercial LLC, has sold 816 Honeyspot Rd. for $440,000 to Hawley Management Group and the subsequent lease of 6,000 s/f of space within the 8,000 s/f industrial building to Stonehenge Marble and Granite LLC.
Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, represented the seller, Bove Enterprises LLC, and Patrick Bourque, sales associate, represented both the purchaser/landlord, Hawley Management Group and the tenant, Stonehenge Marble and Granite.
