Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Southport-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, completed the lease of a 10,000 s/f warehouse space at 580 Pepper St. to Maplewood Senior Living LLC, an assisted living and memory care facility, according to Jon Angel, president of the firm.
Located off Rte. 25, 580 Pepper St. has one of the few high bay warehouses in Monroe. Maplewood will occupy the warehouse space, leaving 12,000 s/f of flex space remaining.
"Maplewood owns and operates multiple facilities in the region and the Monroe building is ideal for their storage requirements and is centrally located to service their portfolio," said Angel, who represented both the landlord and tenant.
