Angel Commercial leases 4,081 s/f to Giant Steps in Fairfield

According to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, Gaming Etc., Inc., one of Connecticut's largest gaming stores in Stratford, has leased 4,081 s/f of space for a new store, called Giant Steps, at 735 Villa Ave., formerly occupied by Paradise Patio. "With frontage on two streets, a high traffic count, and neighboring national retailers that include Walgreens, Stop & Shop and Kohl's, this is a great location for Giant Steps," said Angel, who was the sole broker in the transaction. "It's exciting to bring a new retail store to Fairfield that will provide additional employment and shopping opportunities." This now brings the multi-tenanted complex to 100% occupancy. Angel Commercial LLC is a full-service real estate brokerage firm based in Fairfield County that specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties
