According to Frederick Petrella, CCIM and Rhonda Mesenbourg of Connecticut Realty Group, LLC, they negotiated a lease at 1340 Whitney Ave. to Apogee Personal Training. Connecticut Realty Group represented the landlord, 1340 Whitney Avenue Associates, LLC, and were the sole brokers in the transaction.
The 2,000 s/f building will undergo renovations in preparation for Apogee's opening in mid-spring. Apogee Personal Training is a personal training services company dedicated to offering health and fitness guidance for individuals. The building owner is looking forward to having Apogee as a tenant for many years.
