Angel Commercial leases 6,600 s/f in Milford

Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, has leased 6,600 s/f of industrial space at 49 Research Dr., Unit C, to Summit Screw and Machine Corp. Summit Screw & Machine is a precision Swiss screw machine shop that has been providing quality turned screw machine components and screw machine parts for over 40 years. With roots firmly established in Milford, the company will not be moving far from their current location on Eastern Steel Rd. "Summit outgrew their 3,000 s/f building and needed space to accommodate current and future business needs. 49 Research Dr. is an ideal fit, offering flexible manufacturing and office spaces," said Angel, who represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
