Sam Park opens The Paper Store at The Point in Littleton
According to Sam Park & Co., The Paper Store has signed on at The Point, a 540,000 s/f mixed-use retail destination located at the intersection of I-495 and Rte. 119 between Rtes. 2 and 3.
For more than 50 years, The Paper Store has been providing its guests across New England with a one-of-a-kind shopping experience where they can discover expressions of sentiment for all of life's occasions. Today, The Paper Store is one of the largest family owned and operated chains of specialty gift stores in New England.
The Paper Store joins O'Neil Cinemas, Courtyard Marriott, Market Basket, Starbucks, and many other retailers and restaurants at the region's only mixed-use destination combining shopping, dining, grocery, hotel, and entertainment.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
