Angel of Angel Commercial brokers 4 leases totaling 20,700 s/f

Milford , CT Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial LLC, a Southport based commercial real estate brokerage firm, completes lease negotiations totaling 20,700 s/f in Milford, Bridgeport, Fairfield and Stratford CT. The leases include: * CrossFit Milford signs a lease renewal and expansion totaling 10,900 s/f of industrial space, at 49 Research Dr., Milford. This transaction brings the 23,000 s/f building to 100% occupancy. CrossFit Milford first moved into 6,000 s/f at 49 Research Dr. in January 2010. "As CrossFit's lease renewal approached they added an additional 4,900 s/f, doubling their original space. The space and location proved to be ideal for CrossFit and the 23,000 s/f building is now at full occupancy," said Angel. * Fusion Athletics leases 3,000 s/f of industrial space at 264 Fairchild Ave., Fairfield. Fusion Athletics is a strength and conditioning facility specializing in high intensity interval training, available in both group and private sessions. Jamie Defelice, Fusion Athletics' owner, is a professional trainer with a degree in Exercise Science and has trained NHL, AHL, College and Division One players across a multitude of sports for over 13 years. * American Integrity Restoration (AIR), a disaster restoration contracting company based in Glastonbury and Milford, will open a Bridgeport location, occupying 2,800 s/f of industrial space at 3370 Fairfield Ave. AIR has continued to grow their business regionally and the new location will make servicing lower Fairfield County more convenient. * Medical Imaging Systems (MIS), a radiology imaging equipment distributor, moves their Shelton headquarters to 4,000 s/f of industrial space at 300 Long Beach Blvd., Stratford, which is part of a 700,000 s/f commercial park in the Lordship Blvd. area. The move to Stratford brings MIS closer to I-95, which will enable them to better service and support a larger portion of the Connecticut marketplace.
