Angel of Angel Commercial completes 2,254 s/f lease at 1057 Broad St., to Horizons at Greens Farms Academy

Bridgeport, CT Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, L.L.C., completed the lease of 2,254 s/f of office space on the third floor at 1057 Broad St., to Horizons at Greens Farms Academy.

“The space is in a newly remodeled office building in a prime downtown location,” said Angel, who represented the tenant and the landlord. “It is ideal for their needs.” 

Horizons at Greens Farms Academy is a self-funded program of a K-12 co-educational private school located in Westport. They help underserved students from the area develop strong academic, social and emotional skills, habits of mind and the resilience to succeed in school and pursue a meaningful, choice-filled life.
