Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., arranged a lease of 11,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 320 Quarry Rd. to Floor Shore, Inc. The landlord is Greenpoint LLC.
"This property, formally occupied by ProSource flooring company, has the perfect balance of warehouse and office space, combined with the accessibility to I-95, making it the ideal location for Floor Shore's new distribution center," said Angel, who represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease negotiations.
