Angel of Angel Commercial L.L.C. arranges 11,000 s/f lease for Floor Shore, Inc.

Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., arranged a lease of 11,000 s/f of warehouse and office space at 320 Quarry Rd. to Floor Shore, Inc. The landlord is Greenpoint LLC. "This property, formally occupied by ProSource flooring company, has the perfect balance of warehouse and office space, combined with the accessibility to I-95, making it the ideal location for Floor Shore's new distribution center," said Angel, who represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease negotiations. Robert Gregory, Milford's development director, said, "We welcome Floor Shore to our busy and growing business community. Milford's location provides many benefits to expanding businesses and we have a variety of available space to accommodate them." Floor Shore has multiple national locations through its affiliation with ProSource. As a wholesale flooring company, it offers a range of flooring options, including carpeting, vinyl tile, ceramic tile and natural stone floors, all available to trade professionals.
