Angel of Angel Commercial L.L.C. executes 3,494 s/f lease to Vatti-Manhattan Group at 1000 Bridgeport Avenue

Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., executed a lease of 3,494 s/f of office space at 1000 Bridgeport Ave. (First Shelton Place), to Vatti-Manhattan Group. "1000 Bridgeport Ave. offers flexible use of space and is located just off Route 8, giving the company easy access to the Merritt Parkway. Vatti-Manhattan will have the space they need now and room to grow for the future," said Angel who represented the tenant in their search and lease negotiations. Kevin Foley of Cushman Wakefield represented the landlord, Abbey Road Advisors LLC. Vatti-Manhattan Group is a software and solutions company primarily serving the insurance industry. The solutions they offer are aimed at improving the claims processes. Angel Commercial, L.L.C. is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut specializing in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
