Jon Angel, president Angel Commercial LLC, completed the lease of 21,291 s/f of class A office space at 2 Corporate Dr. to Gama Aviation, Inc. Originally based in Stratford, Gama Aviation's move to Shelton signifies their growth within the luxury private aviation industry. The company's recent appointment as operator of the Wheels Up program, a membership-based private aviation company, has led to the need for larger premises. Located within Enterprise Corporate Park, 2 Corporate Dr. is a premier class office building with a selection of on-site amenities, some of which include; a putting green, fitness center, 200 seat auditorium with video conferencing, New York airport shuttles, several restaurants, basketball and tennis courts and a daycare center. "Gama Charters outgrew their premises in Stratford and 2 Corporate Drive gives them the space for current needs and the potential to expand. Gama was also looking for offices that resonate the quality and luxury the company offers to clients. 2 Corporate Dr. delivers this," said Angel, who was the sole broker in the transaction.
