Kinetix, founded in 1986 and specializing in domestic & international household goods moving, cargo & logistics sourcing and corporate relocation management, has moved their New York regional office from Fairfield to Shelton in order to accommodate their expansion needs.

“Kinetix required more office space and a location with easy access to major highways. With its close proximity to Rtes. 8/25, the primary connectors to I-95 and Rte. 15, 2 Corporate Dr. is a perfect fit for Kinetix and offers superb amenities,” said Angel who represented the tenant in the lease.
