Angel of Angel Commercial sells 3546 Post Road for $630,000
Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial L.L.C., a Southport-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, brokered the sale of 3546 Post Rd. for $630,000 to Riccio Realty.
The new owner will occupy the entire 2,494 s/f building and launch an organic vegetarian café named Organika. This self-service style café will offer an extensive salad bar, cooked vegetarian dishes, homemade soups and a juice bar to promote healthy eating.
Organika plans to open this spring serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
"The easy access and the location were the key components for the purchaser's site selection. 3546 Post Road is situated at a corner with a traffic light on Post Road,"said Angel who represented the seller and purchaser.
