Angel Commercial, LLC handles 3,976 s/f lease to FujiFilm North America Group

204 Spring Hill Road - Trumbull, CT

Trumbull, CT FujiFilm North America Group has leased 3,976 s/f of office/flex space at 204 Spring Hill Rd., according to Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC. They will be relocating from Norwalk, Conn.

204 Spring Hill Rd. is a 40,705 s/f office/flex building with parking and street signage.  It is less than one mile from the Rte. 25 Connector.

“Currently, there is only one space left in this building that is available for lease,” said Angel who represented the landlord, Trefoil Park Properties LLC.
