Arbor closes on $2 million Fannie Mae DUS 3MaxExpress loan

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, recently funded a $2 million loan under the Fannie Mae DUS 3MaxExpress program to refinance the 36-unit complex known as Sherwood Commons. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 5.76%. The loan was originated by John Edwards, director, in Arbor's full-service Boston, Mass. lending office.
