Boston, MA ARCO National Construction, an industry-leading design-build general contractor has established its New England Tenant Solutions division, expanding its ability to deliver comprehensive, turnkey design-build solutions for office tenant improvements and adaptive reuse projects throughout the region. As part of this strategic growth initiative, ARCO has appointed Liam Bettez as director of accounts to lead these efforts.

Backed by ARCO’s national resources and integrated design-build platform, the New England Tenant Solutions division is positioned to support owners, developers, and tenants seeking to reposition and modernize existing assets in an evolving commercial real estate landscape.

“Boston continues to lead the way in office repositioning and creative adaptive reuse, as owners and tenants look for smarter ways to unlock value within existing assets,” said Jason Grant, president of ARCO New England. “The establishment of our Tenant Solutions division reflects our commitment to meeting that demand with dedicated resources and specialized expertise. Liam’s experience navigating complex historic renovations and tenant improvements will further strengthen our ability to deliver thoughtful, technically sound solutions across Greater Boston and the broader New England market.”

Bettez joins the New England office after five years with ARCO’s Chicago team, where he gained extensive experience delivering office projects and complex historic adaptive reuse work. His project portfolio includes the transformation of a one-room theater into multifamily housing, the conversion of a former fitness center into an aviation school, and the redevelopment of a historic textile mill into a boutique hotel. He’s additionally built out hundreds of thousands of square feet of office space across suburban and urban markets nationwide.

“I’ve spent the last five years focused heavily on commercial renovations out of ARCO’s Chicago office,” said Bettez. “I’m thrilled to move back home to Massachusetts and contribute to the continued growth and service offerings of our New England office. There’s tremendous momentum around adaptive reuse right now, and we’re continuing to see a more and more investment in traditional office as well. ARCO’s design-build approach will provide unique opportunities to get into spaces faster while reinventing some of our historic, vacant buildings that need a high level of expertise to execute.”

The establishment of the New England Tenant Solutions division reinforces ARCO’s commitment to strategic growth, specialized expertise, and delivering best-in-class design-build solutions across the region.
