ARCO National Construction finalizes
warehouse project for Vestcom

Norton, MA ARCO National Construction’s New England division has completed a warehouse tenant improvement project for Vestcom, an Avery Dennison Company and leading provider of technology-driven media solutions. The newly enhanced 100,000 s/f facility was upgraded to meet the growing demands of Vestcom’s operations.

Originally built by ARCO as a speculative development, the facility was designed to accommodate multiple tenants. Vestcom has leased 60% of the space. ARCO worked closely with the company to customize the warehouse to meet its specific needs. The tenant improvement project included 53,000 s/f of warehouse upgrades, alongside a 3,500 s/f office fit-out.

“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Vestcom on this project,” said Jason Grant, president of ARCO National Construction’s New England division. “The facility’s original design to accommodate a wide range of users led to an excellent solution for Vestcom. The customized improvements to this facility align perfectly with the company’s needs, and we are confident that the enhanced space will support their ongoing growth and success.”

Additional features of the facility include a 36 ft. clear height, 20 dock positions, and two drive-in ramps, all of which were part of the original building shell construction.
