ARCO partners with R.J. Kelly on Class A self-storage development

Boylston, MA ARCO National Construction’s New England division is partnering with R.J. Kelly (RJK) on the development of a new Class A self-storage facility. Situated on a 6.12-acre site with Rte. 140 frontage and visibility from I-290, the project will deliver a three-story, 103,000 s/f self-storage facility designed to serve the greater Worcester markets.

The project redevelops a previously underutilized parcel into a modern, institutional-grade self-storage facility featuring 797 climate-controlled storage units, including 46 drive-up units, and a 1,000 s/f office. Building access is provided through three total entrances with 19 on-site parking spaces supporting daily operations.

The project is designed to meet institutional standards for durability, accessibility, and climate control while providing a high-quality storage option for both residential and commercial users in the region.

“ARCO is proud to partner with R.J. Kelly on the redevelopment of this Boylston site,” said Jason Grant, president of ARCO National Construction’s New England division. “This project reflects a thoughtful transformation of an underutilized property that meets current market demand and supports long-term operational efficiency.”
