
Billerica, MA ARCO National Construction’s New England division is completing a 222,050 s/f, two-building speculative industrial park for Northbridge. The development will add modern warehouse capacity to one of Greater Boston’s established industrial markets, supporting tenants seeking flexible, well-located space with access to the region’s labor, transportation, and customer base.
The project includes two speculative warehouse buildings designed to accommodate a range of industrial, logistics, and distribution users.
The first building will total 100,800 s/f and include 16 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, six trailer parking stalls, and 168 parking spaces. The second building will total 121,250 s/f and include 20 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, eight trailer parking stalls, and 243 parking spaces.
