Tony Argento of Sperry VanNess ComVest Realty, represented Thomas Cotter,
the seller of waterfront property. The acreage is on Lake Quinsigamond at 143 North Quinsigamond Ave. He also procured and represented the buyer of the 1 acre site.
A. Lorusso Development, LLC was the purchaser of the property. Anthony Lorusso, principal of the company proposes to develop condominiums on the site.
The residences will include new green building methods. Design for the grounds, plantings and common areas will also utilize technology which minimizes impact to the site, respecting the location directly on the lake. Docks for owner's boats are also planned.
Engineer for the master plan was John Grenier of Grenier Construction Co., Inc.

The sale closed in December for $535,000.
