Aron of IPS sells 2,100 s/f building for $495,000; ReMax reps buyer
Marlene Aron has sold a 2,100 s/f building located at 816 Worcester Rd. for $495,000.The site was sold to buyers who plan to renovate the house and keep the property for investment.
Chris Mahoney of ReMax represented the buyer. Financing was provided by Ellsworth Mortgage.
