Aron of KeyPoint Partners sells 10 Village Common Drive in Falmouth

Falmouth, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of 10 Village Common Dr., a retail property, for an undisclosed amount.  KPP vice president of investment sales, Jonathan Aron, represented the seller and procured the buyer.

10 Village Common Dr., a 3,576 s/f building, is 100% leased to coveted paint retailer, Sherwin Williams. 

“This is a prominent location with a well-regarded, long-term tenant,”  said Aron. “It represents a strong result for the seller and a great acquisition for the new owner.”
