Aron said, “Framingham is poised for new major developments.  Hundreds of new apartments are already in the pipeline for 2016/2017.  New permitting processes, new zoning allowing higher density due to relaxed parking requirements and Transit Orientated Development incentives will make 2016 a banner year for Framingham.”
