Framingham, MA 75 Fountain St. an 11,200 s/f freestanding building and part of the Kenwood Center Office Complex has been sold for $1.17 million. Marlene Aron, senior broker of MetroWest Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller, Kenwood Center, Inc., has sold 75 Fountain to Two Poodles LLC. The entire building will be occupied by Commonwealth Creative Associates (CCA), a global marketing and advertising agency owned by Lisa and Robert Fields. CCA outgrew their two Union Ave., Framingham buildings which necessitated the purchase of a larger building to house the entire agency. Marlene Aron has already sold one of the Union Ave., buildings and is now working on selling 345 Union Ave., a 4,300 s/f office building.
Aron said, “Framingham is poised for new major developments. Hundreds of new apartments are already in the pipeline for 2016/2017. New permitting processes, new zoning allowing higher density due to relaxed parking requirements and Transit Orientated Development incentives will make 2016 a banner year for Framingham.”
