Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate arranges two sales in Ashland, Mass. totaling $880,000
Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate arranges two sales totaling $880,000. 33 West Union St., a 5.05 acre site, with 380' frontage on Rte. 135, has been sold for $490,000. Aron represented the sellers and Keith Shapiro of Realty Executives represented the buyer, who will continue to operate the Idle Dog Kennel on site.
Aron said, "The site had no residential abutters and being over 5 acres the use was allowed by right in Ashland."
The second sale was a 20,000 s/f lot on Rte. 126 at 190 Pond St. The sale was subject to permitting for a new Dunkin Donuts location. Attorney Michael Healey of Holliston represented the buyer. Aron represented the seller and Dustin Burke of American Commercial represented the buyer for the $390,000 sale.
