Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate handles $1.01 million in sales

Framingham, MA Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate has represented Advocates, Inc. in purchasing 26 Daniels Rd., a custom built 2,850 s/f home that will be renovated and occupied by program for people with brain injuries.  The organization’s  mission is to help people achieve their hopes and dreams within the fabric of their communities.  The selling price was $460,000.

Also, 340 Winter St. has been sold for $550,000. Aron was the sole broker and represented the sellers,  Ralph LaChance and Sarah Kuhn. The 6,500 s/f Queen Anne Victorian offered commercial reuse possibilities and was sold to Nevins Realty Trust for office use. Mutual One Bank provided financing.

Aron has been a commercial broker for 31 years and specializes in nonprofit representation, retail sales & leasing and commercial property sales in the Metrowest area.
