Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate represents seller in $1.425 million sale - Kaplan of REMAX Executive Realty represents buyer
356 Washington Street - Holliston, MAHolliston, MA Marlene Aron of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate, representing the seller, 356 Washington St. LLC, has sold a 14,400 s/f two-story brick building along with a two-story 3 bay detached garage building, located on 1.5 acres on Rte. 16, to the town to use for its Parks and Recreation Department. The selling price was $1.425 million.
