This is the second major portfolio assignment Lexham Private Investors has awarded Ashforth. In January 2007 Ashforth began managing Lexham's Hartford portfolio totaling 529,250 s/f.
The properties include 195 Farmington Ave., a 43,997 s/f office facility; 2 Batterson Park Ave., a 19,210 s/f building; and Farmington Mountain Office Park located at 10-50 Stanford Dr. which is comprised of 5 buildings totaling 62,300 s/f.
