Asija Properties, Commercial Property Advisors announces the lease of 10,400 s/f at 295 Foster St. in Littleton, MA
Littleton, MA On behalf of Asija Properties, Commercial Property Advisors (CPA) have announced the lease of 10,400 s/f at 295 Foster Street to KINISI Physical Therapy and Sports Performance.
Marci Alvarado of CPA represented the Landlord, and KINISI was represented by Bret O'Brien, president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. The relocation stems from the company’s continued growth and expansion. The opening of the new facility is planned for early Fall 2025.
