Atherton and Rhatigan of Atherton & Associates broker $700,000 sale

Bryan Atherton, CCIM and Richard Rhatigan, CCIM have completed a 12-unit apartment sale located at 60-62 Hawkins St. for $700,000. They represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
