Atherton and Rhatigan of Atherton & Associates complete $575,000 sale
Bryan Atherton and Richard Rhatigan of Atherton & Associates have completed the sale of Grinnel St. Apartments for $575,000 ($71,875 per unit). The purchaser was a local, private investor and businessman.
Grinnell St. Apartments was origially constructed in the mid-1800s and the carriage house was converted to apartments in the 1970s. The property had many recent upgrades to the apartments and mechanics of the property. The property was sold at 100% occupancy.
