Atherton and Rhatigan of Atherton & Associates completes $1.15 million sale and 10-year lease
Bryan Atherton, CCIM, president of Atherton & Associates and Richard Rhatigan, CCIM, vice president of Atherton & Associates have brokered the sale of 754 Main St. for $1.15 million and a 10-year lease of 60 Todd Rd. in Shelton.
754 Main St. is a 20,648 s/f multi-purpose building located on 22 acres. Atherton & Assoc. represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.
60 Todd Rd. is a 9,150 s/f building located off of Bridgeport Ave. Atherton & Assoc. represented both lessee and lessor.
