Atlantic Capital Partners and Downtown Realty broker sale of new Chase Bank branch for $3.05 million
Bedford, NH In a transaction involving the Chase Bank branch being developed at 67-69 South River Rd., Downtown Realty represented the buyer, The EJ Realty Trust, and Atlantic Capital Partners represented the seller, Bedford Retail Management, LLC.
After executing a brand new 15-year ground lease with the developer, the buyer acquired this property in an all-cash purchase for $3.05 million in Q4 2024.
The new Chase Bank branch is expected to open this spring.
