Hanley Investment Group arranges $1.8 million sale of two retail properties

Manchester, NH Hanley Investment Group arranged the $1.8 million sale of two newly-constructed single-tenant retail properties.

Located at 525 and 527 Hooksett Rd., the buildings are situated on a 1.2-acre parcel and include a 3,450 s/f Taco Bell and 807 s/f Aroma Joe’s coffee shop. Both are occupied on a triple-net-lease basis.

Hanley’s Jeff Lefko and Bill Asher, in association with ParaSell Inc., represented the Fla.-based private buyer in the all-cash, off-market transaction. The seller was a Mass.-based private investor.
