Atlantic Commercial Real Estate completes $607,650 multifamily sale
Walpole, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed the sale of 273 Washington St., a multifamily building made up of three units totaling 2,434 s/f on .40 acre lot to Allison & Casey Twohig for $607,650.
Bryan Glennon of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate represented seller, and Melissa Allen of Keller Williams Premier Properties brought the buyers to the table.
