Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC completes leasing assignment of 8,400 s/f industrial space

Bellingham, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC has completed the leasing assignment for the 8,400 s/f industrial garage space located at 19 South Maple St.

Originally designed as a welding/manufacturing facility with numerous drive in doors, this property is another example of how a traditional manufacturing facility is being utilized to accommodate the strong industrial demand from service oriented companies.

David Linehan of Atlantic Commercial represented the landlord in the leasing of the property and procured the tenant New England Fire Systems, Inc. 

With new headquarters in Foxboro, Mass., Atlantic Commercial is a leading provider of commercial real estate services in suburban Boston area completing numerous transactions up and down and near the intersections of Rtes. 95, 495, and 24.
