Walpole, MA Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed the sale of a 5,064 s/f  office building located at 161 Washington St. to BidCars Boston as an administrative office for it’s used car business. Details of the sale were not disclosed. The existing tenants will remain in their respective offices as well.

Bryan Glennon of Atlantic represented seller, and Mark Kearins of Atlantic procured buyer.
