Atlantic Tambone moves from Lynnfield to Cummings Center

100 Cummings Center - Beverly, MA

Beverly, MA Atlantic Tambone has relocated its offices from Six Kimball Ln. in Lynnfield to 100 Cummings Center. The 1,850 s/f space will serve as the real estate firm’s new base of operations.

Atlantic Tambone has provided development, property management, and leasing services in New England and Florida for more than 67 years. The family-run business’ portfolio includes commercial, industrial, retail, and residential real estate.

“Relocating from Lynnfield to Cummings Center, Beverly, made a lot of sense for our business,” said Atlantic Tambone president Robert Tambone. “Our team is thrilled to be joining this amenity-rich business campus just minutes from the highway.”

Cummings Properties leasing associate Joe Greer and senior account manager Mary Carroll worked with Robert and Anthony Tambone of Atlantic Tambone on the transaction.

“We were pleased to accommodate Atlantic Tambone’s desire for a fresh new space,” said Stephanie Aitchison, associate general manager at Cummings Center. “Our in-house design and construction teams were able to take its proposed layout and quickly realize it.”

Cummings Center is one of the North Shore’s largest office park. The campus houses more than 550 businesses, including corporate headquarters, medical offices, software firms, research laboratories, and micro-businesses. It is also home to the luxury condominium Elliott Landing.
