Aubuchon and Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represent buyer of 6,273 s/f medical office
Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented the buyer in the purchase of 1032 Post Rd. East.
The 6,273 s/f medical office building was redeveloped in 2015 and is fully leased by Modern Dermatology.
Laure Aubuchon and Penny Wickey of SCRE represented the buyer.
