Aubuchon and Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate sell 3,400 s/f
Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented United Realty in the sale of 139 Main St. The 3,400 s/f building was sold to a Calif.-based owner/user who is redeveloping the property for Brochu Walker, an upscale women’s apparel brand. Brochu Walker expects to open its first boutique in the Northeast in early 2022.
Laure Aubuchon and Penny Wickey of SCRE represented the owners of 139 Main St. Earlier this year, SCRE was the sole broker involved in the sale of 56-58 Main St., currently home to Peloton. Scott Lifschultz of SPR Realty Partners in Los Angeles, represented the buyer in this transaction.
