Auburndale Realty completes 7,200 s/f lease at Merrimack Warehouse

Auburndale Realty Co., successfully leased 7,200 s/f of warehouse space at the Merrimack Warehouse facility, 95D Fitchburg Rd. AIC, Inc. and Scopro Rigging, LLC have signed a long-term lease for 7,200 s/f of warehouse/office space. Auburndale Realty represented the landlord, Merrimack Warehouse Nominee Trust and the tenants were represented by Poirer Realty. Rob Nahigian also completed a short-term lease of 33,600 s/f of warehouse/office space at 95B Fitchburg Rd., to Superclean Brands, Inc. The tenant is a manufacturer of windshield wiper fluid.
