Avail Project Management completes 75,000 s/f office renovation for security industry leader Axis Communications

 

 

Chelmsford, MA Avail Project Management has completed a 75,000 s/f office renovation for security industry leader Axis Communications.

The project consisted of phased renovations of their existing space and a 30,000 s/f expansion. The added space allowed Axis to increase its office footprint and create a new executive conference center, recording studio, and employee cafeteria with flexible seating options, a wood slat living wall, a game room, and collaboration areas.

Avail Project Management worked closely with Gensler and WB Engineers on the design and Officeworks and Chapman Construction in executing the furniture and construction scope of work.

Over the last two years, Avail Project Management has worked with Axis Communications on seven projects totaling 150,000 s/f in US and Canadian cities including Atlanta, Cincinnati, DC, Houston, Irvine, Minnesota, San Jose, Toronto, and Vancouver.
