Burlington, MA Avison Young completed the sale of 128 Corporate Center, a 107,427 s/f office building located at 70 Blanchard Rd. Avison Young principals Michael Smith and Scott Jamieson, along with Brandon Dickason and Derek Opert, a vice-president and financial analyst, respectively, in the Boston office, represented the seller, E&F Realty Associates LP, in the strategic marketing and sale of the building. In conjunction with the sale, Mark Coelho, a vice-president and suburban market expert in Avison Young’s Boston office, provided leasing guidance. The building sold for $24 million to Capstone Properties.
“The building generated a lot of interest due to its prominent position within one of the top suburban investment markets in the country and diverse and stable tenant roster,” comments Jamieson. “E&F Realty owned 128 Corporate Center for more than 20 years, and this continuity of ownership, paired with the detailed attention of the building’s management, really exemplified the quality of the asset.”
Positioned in Greater Boston’s top suburban office market, 128 Corporate Center offers visibility and access from Rte. 128 (I-95). The building is well-situated within an extensive amenity base, with nearby Wayside Commons and Burlington Mall offering a combined 215 dining and retail options. The building is currently 100% leased to a diverse roster of tenants, including information management software provider Attunity, environmental engineering firm Haley & Aldrich, and technology consulting firm Collaborative Consulting.
