Avison Young promotes Pezzoni to senior vice president and Weller to vice president

Boston, MA According to Avison Young’s Boston office, Jon Pezzoni has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president and Kirk Weller from senior associate to vice president. Pezzoni specializes in industrial and office leasing and sales in the Metro West/495 submarket while Weller focuses on tenant representation throughout the Greater Boston area.

“We’re pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of Jon Pezzoni and Kirk Weller, who both continue to go above and beyond for their clients and colleagues,” said Thomas Collins, principal & managing director of Avison Young’s Boston office. “Both Jon and Kirk possess an innovate approach to their work and consistently provide strategic solutions to their clients as they help them identify their real estate needs. Pezzoni possesses over a decade of commercial real estate experience that he has gained through various roles, which have allowed him to develop the ability to create and execute tailored strategies on behalf of his clients. Pezzoni joined Avison Young’s Boston office in 2014 as an associate before rising the ranks to senior vice president, where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation in commercial sales and leases across the office and industrial sectors in the Metro West/495 market.

Weller joined Avison Young in 2018 with five years of brokerage experience. Serving as vice president, Weller specializes in tenant representation in the office leasing sector with the objective of finding companies the ideal location to support their real estate needs. Weller’s experience allows him to partner with companies across all different industries and stages from start-ups to large corporations.
